2 Cups Cous Cous
1 Cup Water
1 Cup Cilantro
Lemon Zest
Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 Cup of Olive Oil
Salt
Green Peppers
White Vinegar
1 Teaspoon of Vodka
Optional:
Chile Chiltepe(Guatemala)
Procedure:
Put one cup of water to the Cous Cous until it grows and drains the water.
Chop the cilantro, garlic, green peppers and chiltepe and place it in a bowl. Add the lemon zest, salt, vinegar, olive oil and vodka and mix it well.
Cut cherry tomatoes in cubes and add them in the cous cous, mix well, and enjoy!
