Prabal Gurung X Target

Here's a sneak peak of Prabal Gurung's Target Campaign with stars Olivia Thrilby and Chris Conoroy in the West Village.

The shots give us a little preview of what's to come from Gurung's upcoming collab with Target. We are loving the graphic floral skirt and top in bright colors as well as the elegant bow dress, you?

According to Vogue there will be loads of his signature prints and graphic details, with; with pieces ranging from $20 to $200 USD, all inspired by Love. The 80-piece collection will include, clothes, handbags, shoes and jewelry and will hit stores February 10, 2013.

Chef Mon Coeur / Fun Colored Pates

Fun Colored Patés

Ingredients:

1 Cup of beats

1 Cup of Carrot

1 Cup of Potato

1 Cup Pesto

1 Pound Cream Cheese

Butter

1 Tablespoon Parsley

Oregano

Basil

Sesame Oil

1 Tablespoon Cumin

1 Tablespoon Curry

Lemon

Garlic

Salt & Pepper

Procedure:

Tip: Cook each vegetable separately so that they don't stain.

Then place in a separate pan and sauté with butter, salt and pepper.

First the potatoes, put potatoes in the processor with: curry, cumin, salt, pepper, parsley and process them until soft and has a yellowish color.

Then take the carrots with a bit of cream cheese, oregano and basil leaf, salt pepper and process them until you make a slurry.

Then take the beats, put sesame oil, tarragon, salt and pepper and process them.

Take our final ingredient pesto, add some cream cheese, lemon, parsley, salt and pepper and you process them.

Place each mix in a separate plate or bowl and accompany with croissants.

Diane von Furstenberg / Evian Bottle

Evian water has teamed up with Diane von Furstenberg for the design of its 2013 limited-edition bottle. This is the first time that Evian has linked with an American designer.

In von Furstenberg's handwriting are the words "water is life is love is life is life is water" printed on the bottle in organic ink along with the designer's signature heart logo in red. The bottle itself is recyclable and features a new screw-cap design. Don't you just love it, it's the chicest bottle of Evian we have ever seen.

The bottle will be available starting Monday, November 5!
