Triple Layer Mousse
with
Raspberries or Blueberries
Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons Baking Powder Biscuits
1 Cup Mascarpone
4 Sliced Bananas
1 Cup of Yogurt
1 Cup Heavy Cream
1 Cup Grated White Chocolate
Raspberries or Blueberries
Mint
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1 Tablespoon Ginger
Procedure:
In
a bowl place the mascarpone, along with sliced bananas, nutmeg, ginger
and cinnamon, then beat by hand until you have a smooth, super-soft texture.
Then
in a bowl add yogurt and cream and beat with an electric hand
mixer, add the grated white chocolate and continue to mix until all the ingredients are incorporated.
Place cookies in a food processor until you have finely ground crumbs.
In a martini glass on the bottom put the mousse, making a small layer after layer
of biscuit and above all our yogurt mixture.
We
finish it with raspberries or blueberries and a mint leaf on top for decoration.
