Food: Yumi Cupcakes

We found this great cupcake site called Ming Makes Cupcakes, a site that shows you how to make cupcakes from scratch. The site started as a project to show family and friend how to bake a perfect cupcake, by combining old family recipes with cookbook and web site recipes Ming created the most delicious cupcake and she now shares it with us through her site.  


All her recipes make 10 to 12 cupcakes. The website features 33 cupcake recipes + 6 cookie recipes + 3 savory recipes. All the recipes include a list of ingredients and easy step by step instructions to follow. Our favorite cupcake is #23, vanilla cupcake with lemon frosting filling and meringue frosting, what's your's?
