Meet new loungewear brand Piamita, this great new brand was launched by amazing duo Cecilia De Sola and Karla Martinez in May 2011. Both noticed a huge gap in the marketplace for loungewear options that were flattering, comfortable and sophisticated looking, so they decided to make their own brand. The collection is a classic, sophisticated sportswear design with a twist.

According to Vogue this Spring/Summer'12 the PJ trend is in Action, from elegant PJ pants to dressing-gown jackets in slouchy silks and satins have a relaxed, after hour glamour!

Meet Cecilia De Sola and Karla Martinez:

Cecilia De Sola is from El Salvador, she grew up between USA, Central American and Europe. She worked for Marie Claire, Vanity Fair magazines and later began designing jewelry and working for Giovane Piranesi Garrard, and Slane & Slane. She currently lives in Santiago Chile. 

Karla Martinez grew up in El Paso, Texas and today she lives in NY City. She has worked for American Vogue, The New York Times, Interview Magazine, and currently for W Magazine as Market & Accessories Director. 

This amazing duo has an impressive work history plus a great amount of talent, shown in their latest collection. Their is no doubt that this is the beginning of a fruitful and successful career for this wonderful duo.
