Leica: Edition Hermes

Leica camera just introduced two new limited series dressed by leatherworker Hermes and revisited by car designer Walter De 'Silva: Leica M9-P Edition Hermes and Leica M0-P Edition Jean Louis Dumas. 


This is the third special edition of the M system, created in collaboration with Hermes Paris after the Leica MP Hermes in 2003 and the Leica M7 Hermes in 2009.


The first set of 300 pieces worldwide includes a Leica M9-P Hermes with a Leica M Summilux 1,4/50 ASPH. anodized silver belt and matching Swift calfskin all presented in a beautiful box. 


The second set of 100 copies Leica M9-9 Hermes/Jeans Louis Dumas is dedicated to friendship and legal professional privilege which united Jean-Louis Dumas, the former president of Hermes, who died in May 2010 and Leica Camera. 


This kit includes three objectives: A Leica Summicron-M3/28 mm ASPH, A Leica Noctilux-M0, 95/50mm ASPH, and a Leica APO Summicron-M2/90mm ASPH, silver anodised.
