Assouline: Gypset Travel Book

Following her best-selling 2009 Assouline title, Gypset Style, travel writer Julia Chaplin explores the little-known enclaves of gypsy jet-setter around the world. From the Aeolian Islands in Italy to Lamu, Kenya; North Goa, India; and Jose Ignacio, Uruguay - Gypset Travel delved into the glamorous yet casual lifestyle of these bohemian wonderers through intimate photography and first-person anecdotes.

gypset n. An unconventional, bohemian approach to life. -adj. Characterized by a fashionable exoticism and down-to earth ease. 

gypsetter n. One who is gypset. (A portmanteau word; the wiles of a gypsy  mixed with sophistication of the jet set.)
