Chef Mon Coeur / Pita Wraps with Feta Salad

Pita Wraps with Feta Salad
Ingredients

Pita Bread
1/2 Cup of Spinach
1 Tablespoon of Celery
1 Tablespoon of Feta
Lemon
Avocado
Nuts
Portobello
Champagne Vinaigrette
Honey

Procedure

Cut everything into slices.
Mix spinach and celery in a bowl, add the crumbled feta, lemon salt and pepper. 
Cut avocado, add olive oil, salt and pepper. 
Put portobello mushrooms in a pan with olive oil, herbs and honey. 
To assemble wraps first add feta paste with spinach and celery, then avocado with portobello mushrooms and to finish it add the nuts and champagne vinaigrette.
