Chef Mon Coeur / Beef Tenderloin in Red Wine

Beef Tenderloin in Red Wine
Ingredients

2 Cups Dark Beef Stock
Tenderloin
2 Cups of Red Wine
1 Cup of Sugar
2 Tablespoons of Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon of Clove
Rosemary
Ginder
1 Cup of Chives
1 Onion, chopped
Butter 
Scallions 

Procedure

First make sauce, place your chopped onions in the a pan with butter and sauté. Then add the broth and wait until it reduces half a cup. Place rosemary, ginger, red wine, sugar, cinnamon and cloves and cook until it has a thick texture. 
Marinate the tenderloin with rosemary, butter and ginger, add scallions and seal them together. 
Then put them on a plate and serve with sauce.
