Jonathan Adler and BareMinerals have teamed up on a limited-edition Happiness by Design set, which merges cosmetics with home decor. The project marks two firsts—BareMinerals's debut collaboration and Adler's premiere foray into cosmetics. "I always say that I believe we're all beautiful on the inside," Adler told ELLE.com, "But you might as well do what you can on the outside. It was a joy to work with [Bare Escentuals and BareMinerals founder] Leslie Blodgett and her team, and I'm so pleased with how the product turned out."
The special-edition box features Adler's signature bright hues in a chevron pattern and houses a Handy Buki Brush and an oversize version of the makeup brand's Original SPF 15 Foundation (available in five shades).
“I love the color combination of this collection," Blodgett told ELLE.com. "It’s hot and fiery. It’s a ball of energy. This isn’t something you meditate to. You open it, and a genie pops out. In this case, it’s our fabulous foundation.”
The collectible set ($60) launches in February at BareMinerals boutiques and Ulta and Nordstrom stores, as well as on bareminerals.com, sephora.com, ulta.com, and nordstrom.com.
