Chef Mon Coeur / Beef Kabobs

Rosemary Beef Kabobs with Onions in Truffle Oil and Grilled Tangerines

1 Pound of Beef
1/2 Cup Truffle Oil
1/2 Cup Sesame Oil
1 Tablespoon Dark Rum
1 Cup chopped Laurel
Black Salt
Green Pepper

For the Onions:

3 Onions diced
Truffle Oil
Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Cardamom

Meat Procedure:

Cut the meat into medium-bite cubes, then place in pan with sesame oil, black salt, green pepper, and mix well. When the meat looks dark and done, place the truffle oil, dark rum, sugar and chopped laurel to finish it. Take out from the fire. 

Onions Procedure:

In the same pan add the meat, diced onions, truffle oil, balsamic vinegar, and cardamom. Cook until light brown.


Insert a branch of rosemary, then add tangerine, onion and meat, follow that order until you finish your skewer. 

Place skewers in oven at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
