Chef Mon Coeur / Triple Cake

Triple Cake of baked doughnuts 
with biscuits and
strawberry cream cheese filling
Ingredients for Doughnuts:

1 Cup of pancake batter
3/4 Cup Milk
1 Egg
1 Teaspoon Oil
1 Teaspoon of Almond Oil
1 Teaspoon ground Cinnamon
1/4 Cup Sugar

Ingredients for Strawberry Cream Cheese Filling:

Unsalted Cream Cheese
1 Cup powdered Sugar
1 Cup fresh Strawberries
2 Teaspoons vanilla pod
1 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1 Teaspoon Macadamia Oil

Procedure for Doughnuts:

First pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees, then place in a bowl all the dry ingredients followed by the liquid ingredients.
With an electric mixer beat the mixture until you have a smooth mix.
Grease the molds with cooking spray. Then fill the molds with the mixture. 
Then put it in the over for 15-20 minutes until ready.
Then take them out of the oven and let them cool.

Procedure for Strawberry Cream Cheese Filling:
Place in a bowl the cream cheese and add the cup of icing sugar, beat well with electric mixer until lumps are gone and you have a smooth texture. Add the nutmeg and macadamia oil, mix well.

In a blender add the strawberries with vanilla and mix well until you have a puree. Add this mixture to the cream cheese and beat until all ingredients have mixed well.

To make our mini cakes we place three layers of doughnuts with strawberry cream cheese filling in between! Create as many layers as you want.
