Chef Mon Coeur / Toscan hors d' oeuvres

This week Chef Mon Coeur is teaching us irresistible party starters so you can impress your guests.
hors d'oeuvres

Parmesan Crackers
2 Tablespoon Pine Nuts
2 Anchovies
1 Cup Parmesan
1 Cup Basil
1 Garlic
Green Peppers
1 Tablespoon Oregano
1 Chicken Breast
Extra Virgen Olive Oil
Chile Pepper
Fine Herbs
1 Tablespoon Butter
Cherry Tomatoes

Pesto Procedure:

In a blender place the olive oil first, then add the pine nuts, anchovies, parmesan, basil, garlic, green pepper, salt, oregano, and chili pepper. Mix well until smooth like a puree. 

Method for Chicken:

Cut the chicken breast into cubes. Add butter in a pan an put the chicken cubes with herbs, salt and pepper until browned.

Now we are ready to set our hors d' oeuvres, grab the cookies put the pesto paste firs, then basil, chicken, cherty tomatoes, and alfalfa.
