Chef Mon Coeur / Fun Colored Pates

 Fun Colored Patés 

1 Cup of beats
1 Cup of Carrot
1 Cup of Potato
1 Cup Pesto
1 Pound Cream Cheese
1 Tablespoon Parsley
Sesame Oil
1 Tablespoon Cumin
1 Tablespoon Curry
Salt & Pepper


Tip: Cook each vegetable separately so that they don't stain. 

Then place in a separate pan and sauté with butter, salt and pepper.

First the potatoes, put potatoes in the processor with: curry, cumin, salt, pepper, parsley and process them until soft and has a yellowish color. 

Then take the carrots with a bit of cream cheese, oregano and basil leaf, salt pepper and process them until you make a slurry.

Then take the beats, put sesame oil, tarragon, salt and pepper and process them. 

Take our final ingredient pesto, add some cream cheese, lemon, parsley, salt and pepper and you process them. 

Place each mix in a separate plate or bowl and accompany with croissants.
