Chef Mon Coeur / Portobello Salad with Champagne Dressing

Portobello Salad With
Champagne Dressing

Cherry Tomatoes
1 cup diced mango
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon chili chili
Pink Pepper
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 cup of Champagne
1 cup balsamic vinegar
Toasted Sesame
Parsley powder
White Pepper


 In a frying pan, heat the olive oil with chopped garlic, chopped onion and chile pepper.
then place the sliced ​​portobellos in the pan and start mixing with the other ingredients , peppers, sesame toasted ,  sesame oil and balsamic vinegar.

Finally put the parsley powder and champagne while you caramelize the onions.

Last touch put in a nice plate the spinach and mango with the porotbello mix then put some s├ęsame toasted  and enjoy!
