Chef Mon Coeur / Natural Yogurt with Granola, Chopped Mint and Honey Sauce

Natural Yogurt
with Granola,
chopped mint and
honey sauce


1 small bowl of Yogurt
3 tablespoons popped amaranth
Chopped mint
4 tablespoons diced Papaya
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla

For the sauce:

Honey diluted with Ginger and Dill


Place in a bowl and whisk the yogurt with fresh cream, nutmeg and vanilla.
Chop the mint.
In a martini glass place the yogurt, then chopped mint, Granola, mandarin and papaya.
Finally we give the last touch of putting on the honey, ginger sauce and dill.
This common breakfast dish is fresh in flavors, with a little twist, so you can have a morning full of energy!
