Chef Mon Coeur / Banana Blinis & Cream Cheese

Banana Blinis 
Cream Cheese

2 Cups sliced bananas
1 Cup hotcake mix
1 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup of sugar
1 Teaspoon vegetable oil
1 Egg
1 Tablespoon vanilla
1 Tablespoon dark rum
1 Tablespoon ground ginger

Ingredients for topping:

Strawberries sliced
Cream Cheese

Dough Method / Instructions

Place in a bowl all the dry ingredients first, flour, sugar, ginger, then place Bananas, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla, milk and Rum finally, mix with a whisk until no lumps remain and you have a liquid mass consistency.

Put your pan with butter or cooking spray over medium low heat, with a spoon put the dough in the pan so portions are small and perfectly round, like small pancakes.

After you have finished making all the blinis, serve 8 per person, placing the cream cheese topping prepared with a little amount of brown sugar, thinly sliced strawberries, mint, honey and finish it with a little cinnamon. 

Ready to serve, enjoy!
