FOOD: Stately Sandwiches

Check out this really cool project done by a Chicago design student, Kelly Pratt. She made a sandwich for each of the 50 US states, the reason she named it "Stately Sandwiches". Before each sandwich is made Pratt does research on the internet, calls local sandwich shops, consults food experts on tweeter and checks out books that represent each state.
