Sweet Potato and Mascarpone Mousse

2 Cups mashed Sweet Potato
1 1/2 Cup Condensed Milk
400 Grams of Mascarpone
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Bean
1 Cup Powder Sugar
1 Tablespoon Cardamom

- Candy Flakes to Decorate


Cook sweet potatoes then peel them and pass then through a grinder until pureed, mix with condensed milk and Mascarpone. Dissolve the vanilla with 2 teaspoons of water and pour the mixture, with the mixer beat everything, add the powder sugar, and cardamom until you have a smooth texture.
Pour everything into a loaf mold lined with plastic wrap, or for a fancier look pour it into martini glasses.

Serve it with cream cheese cakes and doughnuts.
